The Eastern Ontario Heath Unit (EOHU) is pleased to resume offering routine childhood vaccination during Childhood Immunization Clinics. These clinics are by appointment only and open to children 0 to 10 years of age.

Due to COVID-19, childhood immunization clinics were limited. As a result, many children have fallen behind on their Routine Immunization Schedule.

Call the EOHU at 1-800-267-7120 to inquire about your child’s eligibility and to book an appointment at an upcoming Childhood Immunization Clinic:

• By appointment, Monday, March 7, in Hawkesbury (Sportsplex)
• By appointment, Thursday, March 10, in Cornwall (Square)
• Appointments also available in all EOHU offices
