Arts in the Park

On August 26th, Diamond’s Edge raised a little hell at the Lamoureux Park Bandshell with songs from such bands as Trooper, April Wine, Supertramp, and Tom Petty. This local six-piece band is known for its 1970-80’s soft rock tunes.

Lamoureux Park’s last Arts in the Park performance will be by Castle tomorrow evening at 7 p.m.

Finally, on Thursday, August 28th, to celebrate its 40th anniversary season “Arts in the Park – Pitt Street Edition” will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 60 Pitt Street in the lot beside Mexi’s. Gordie Tentrees will be performing at 5:30 p.m. and The Young Bucks at 7:30 p.m. There will be food from nearby restaurants, a beer garden, vendors and loads of fun for the whole family.
