Cabane à sucre is a French Canada tradition. It gives us the opportunity to have fun together in leaving behind winter and welcoming spring. For generations, it has been a time to come together to enjoy life. A great meal with maple syrup, games, shows and music, what a festival!
Cabane à sucre is an event for all families. A small cabane à sucre will be built in the parking lot. The maple sap will be boiling on the wood stove and children will be able to enjoy taffy. Lucie Hart, president of the Centre culturel de Cornwall told us: ” It`s a wonderful way to end March break. Children will have fun. Everyone will enjoy the shows. It`s a great time to have a taste of maple syrup. “Cabanne
